As an independent, family-run business registered with Hampshire Trading Standards, we are committed to responsible product sourcing, handling, packaging and customer care.
We take all complaints and product safety concerns seriously and aim to investigate them fairly, promptly and thoroughly.

Customer Complaints
If you are unhappy with a product, order or service, please contact us directly.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Your name and contact details.
- Order number or approximate purchase date.
- Product name and description.
- Details of your complaint.
- Photographs, where available and relevant.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and provide an initial response or update within seven working days.
Some investigations may require additional time, particularly where suppliers or product safety concerns are involved.
These are our service targets and do not replace any applicable statutory deadlines.

Product Quality & Safety Concerns
Our natural dog treats are sourced already air-dried in bulk from suppliers and are subsequently weighed and repackaged into Aristocrat Bulldogs UK branded packaging.
We maintain product traceability records, and batch traceability information is available upon request.
If you believe a product may be unsafe, contaminated, incorrectly labelled or otherwise defective, please stop using it immediately and contact us.
Where safe to do so, retain the product and its packaging to assist our investigation.
If your dog becomes unwell or injured, please seek veterinary advice promptly.
We may contact our suppliers, review relevant records and take further action where necessary.

Product Withdrawals & Recalls
If we identify or receive information about a product that may present a safety risk, we will assess the concern and take appropriate action without unnecessary delay.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Suspending sales of the affected product.
- Identifying affected stock and batches.
- Isolating products pending investigation.
- Contacting the relevant supplier.
- Notifying appropriate regulatory authorities where required.
- Arranging a product withdrawal or customer recall.
- Informing affected customers where their contact details are available.
A product withdrawal generally involves removing affected products from the supply chain before they reach customers.
A product recall involves action to recover affected products that have already been supplied to customers.

Where a customer recall is necessary, we will provide clear information about:
- The affected product.
- Relevant batch or identification details.
- The nature of the identified risk.
- Instructions to stop using the product.
- Any necessary return, disposal or other safety arrangements.
- How customers can contact us for assistance.
Recall notices may be communicated through our website, social media, direct customer contact or other appropriate channels.
We will provide refunds, replacements or other remedies where required by law or as specified in the recall arrangements.
Customers should follow the instructions provided in the relevant recall notice.

Batch Traceability & Records

Batch traceability information is available upon request, subject to applicable legal and confidentiality requirements.
We will provide relevant information to regulatory authorities where legally required.

Refunds & Consumer Rights
Complaints involving faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
