1. Our Commitment to Customers

At Aristocrat Bulldogs UK, we take pride in supplying quality natural air-dried dog treats, herbal supplements, nutritional toppers and canine accessories.

As an independent, family-run business, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us.

This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, returns, refunds and products that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

2. Online Orders – Your Right to Cancel

For most products purchased through our website or by other distance-selling methods, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period generally expires 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.

For orders delivered in separate parcels, the cancellation period generally runs from receipt of the final item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the applicable cancellation period by sending a clear statement to:

You may also use our Customer Cancellation Form, although this is not compulsory.

You do not need to obtain our permission before exercising a valid statutory cancellation right.

3. Returning Products After Cancellation

Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you must return the relevant goods within 14 days.

Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend retaining proof of postage and using a tracked delivery service.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind cancellations, as disclosed before purchase.

Returns should be sent to the address provided in Section 13.

4. Natural Dog Treats & Herbal Supplements

Our natural dog treats are sourced already air-dried in bulk and subsequently weighed and repackaged into Aristocrat Bulldogs UK branded packaging.

We recommend keeping products unopened and appropriately stored if you intend to return them.

Certain goods may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights, including:

• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

These exceptions apply only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied.

Opening a bag of natural dog treats does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Where a cancellation right applies, handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value.

Products that are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements remain protected by consumer law, regardless of whether their packaging has been opened.

5. Accessories & Non-Food Products

Eligible accessories and other non-food products purchased online may be returned under the statutory cancellation rules.

Customers may inspect goods in a manner reasonably comparable to what would be permitted in a shop.

If goods have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value.

This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

Photographs can help us investigate but are not a mandatory condition of exercising statutory rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have legal remedies where goods do not meet required standards.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include:

• A short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods, generally within 30 days.
• A repair or replacement where appropriate.
• A price reduction or final right to reject where legally applicable.

Where required by law, Aristocrat Bulldogs UK will cover reasonable costs associated with returning faulty or non-conforming goods.

7. Refunds & Processing Times

Where you exercise a valid statutory right to cancel an eligible distance purchase, we will refund the payments due under applicable law.

This includes the original standard delivery charge where required.

Additional costs arising from a customer's choice of an upgraded delivery service are not generally refundable.

For returned goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Where an order is cancelled before goods are supplied, the applicable statutory refund deadline will be observed.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We do not charge administration fees for exercising statutory cancellation rights.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to display the refund after it has been processed.

8. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us promptly.

Where possible, we will stop the order from being dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise any applicable statutory cancellation right.

The relevant return arrangements will then apply.

9. Local Delivery & Collection

Aristocrat Bulldogs UK offers free local delivery throughout PO postcode areas, including Portchester and Paulsgrove.

Where a purchase is made online or remotely, applicable statutory cancellation rights continue to apply even if the goods are delivered locally or collected by appointment.

Customers remain responsible for change-of-mind return postage or other direct return costs where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase.

10. Market & Event Purchases

Aristocrat Bulldogs UK attends selected markets and community events.

For products purchased in person, there is generally no automatic statutory right to return goods simply because you have changed your mind.

We may consider discretionary change-of-mind returns on an individual basis.

However, goods that are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements remain covered by statutory consumer protections.

11. Natural Product Variations

Our natural air-dried dog treats may vary in:

• Shape and size
• Colour and appearance
• Texture and thickness
• Natural composition

These variations are expected characteristics of naturally sourced animal products and do not necessarily indicate a product fault.

However, this does not affect your rights where a product is unsafe, faulty, incorrectly described or does not meet applicable quality standards.

12. Product Quality, Safety & Traceability

Aristocrat Bulldogs UK is registered with Hampshire Trading Standards in connection with our pet food business activities.

We source our natural dog treats already air-dried in bulk and repackage them into our own branded bags.

We maintain product traceability records, and batch traceability information is available upon request.

If you have concerns regarding product quality, contamination, damaged packaging or product safety, please contact us promptly.

Where appropriate, we may request product details to support an investigation.

Please retain the product and packaging where it is safe to do so, pending further advice.
